Doula For You

Doula is a Greek word, loosely meaning 'woman who helps another woman'. The presence of a Doula can reduce the need for: Epidurals, and opiate pain relief; Instrumental intervention; and C-Sections. A Doula can reduce the time a woman is in labour and can help her relax through breathing, massage, and encouragement.

'Doula For You' provides women and their partners with informational, emotional, and practical support in the time before, during & following the birth of their baby.

A range of flexible packages is available to help you achieve a positive birth experience with a qualified Doula. I have been awarded the 'Professional Doula Award CACHE endorsed Level 3' qualification so you are confident that I fully understand the needs of women throughout their pregnancy and birth journey.
