Information about our Council meetings, agendas and minutes
Welcome to the Oundle Town Council meetings page.
Meetings of the Full Council are held at The Courthouse twice a month on the first and third Thursdays, commencing at 7.30pm.
The meetings are open to members of the public and press and you are welcome to attend. At times it may be necessary to close the meeting and, in this instance, a resolution will be passed.
Time is made available at each meeting for people to make representations to the members of the Council. If you would like to address the Council at a meeting, we would ask that you contact the Clerk to confirm your request. If you would like to speak about a planning matter, a period of no longer than 2 minutes is made available and requests must be received 48 hours before the meeting. Further details can be found in the document available for download.
Through this page of our website you will also find links to download PDF copies of the agenda and minutes of the meetings as well details of the schedule of meetings for the year.
If there is any information you require not published here, please contact us and we will be pleased to help you.
