Hall and Room Hire

Oundle Town Council has facilities available to organisations and individuals for one-off or regular hire which include:
• The newly refurbished Queen Victoria Hall
• The Drill Hall (Please Note: This is currently unavailable for hire)
• Various Meeting Rooms
• Council Chambers

The hire rates, booking conditions and booking forms for these facilities are available on this website (see downloads) although we would ask that you contact us to check availability before submitting this to us.

For booking of meeting rooms and/or the Council Chambers, please contact us by email or phone and we can discuss your requirement, check availability for you and confirm the hire costs.

We also have available tables and chairs for hire for approved outside functions - please contact us on 01832 272055 or admin@oundle.gov.uk if you would like more information.
