The picturesque town of Oundle, population 5000, can be found nestling in the Nene Valley some 80 miles north of London.  The town is 35 miles northwest of Cambridge and 12 miles east of Peterborough.  Northampton is some 30 miles to the southwest.

The main route to Oundle is the A605 trunk road.  Travelling from London on the A1, visitors should turn left on the outskirts of Peterborough on to the A605, which will take them to their destination.

From Cambridge, travel west along the A14 to the junction with the A1 and head north on this road to the A605 junction.

Travelling from London on the M1, visitors should continue to the A45 junction near Northampton, taking this turn towards Northampton, following the A45 to the A605 and travel east to Oundle.
