Oundle Festival of Music and Drama is a competitive festival held each year in March/April.  Competitors travel considerable distances to take part in the three-day event which is affiliated to the British International Federation of Festivals.

The Festival is held in Oundle School by kind permission of the Governing Body of Oundle School and the Headmaster.

Entries close early January.

The 88th Festival is to be held on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 29th, 30th, 31st and April 1st 2006.  Entries will close on Monday 9th January 2006.  Daily sessions are held 9.15 am to 12.15pm, 1.30pm to 4.30pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

There are classes in all branches of music and drama, catering for individuals, orchestras, choirs, drama groups, etc.  All competitors have the opportunity to prepare a performance and receive personal advice from top professional adjudicators.
