An election was held on Thursday 27th May 2010 for the election of a Councillor to Oundle Town Council.Following a good turnout of about 20% and a successful campaign by both candidates, Lynda Purser was elected.

The candidates were as follows:

George HIGGINS of 4a Glapthorn Road, Oundle, Peterborough PE8 4JA

and

Lynda C PURSER of 33 Hillfield Road, Oundle, Peterborough PE8 4QR

The election ran from 7.00am to 10.00pm on 27th May 2010, with the polling station being the Joan Strong Centre, Oundle.
