The river Nene meanders around the outskirts of Oundle, creating tranquil water meadows which are ideal for either a short stroll or a longer walk to the nearby village of Cotterstock. |

Oundle is also on the long distance footpath - the Nene Way - for the serious walker. For the disabled a visit to the Snipe Meadow Boardwalk would be a picturesque walk. |
