Thursday Weekly Market Reopens

Please note that the Thursday Market has re-opened as of Thursday 7 May & we will be gradually bringing back stalls in a manner that can be managed in terms of self-distancing.

Please move your cars from the Market Place on Wednesday evenings to allow stall holders to set up early on Thursday mornings.

Trial Market on Thursday 7 May

OTC has reviewed holding the regular Thursday market, and having talked to other local councils, is trialling running a smaller market this Thursday.

Following Government guidelines and best practices elsewhere the trial market will be open from 8am to 1pm on Thursday 7th May with two stalls, Fruit and Vegetables and Household goods.

To all of those who sent pictures in for the 'Thank You Key workers, NHS and Volunteer' posters, I'd like to congratulate you all for the great art work and messages. I loved the colours, and the messages were spot on, simply 'Thank You'. You got this over far better than any of us could have.

Calling all children – Create “thank you” posters for our “thank you” banners

We want to create some "thankyou" banners to display around Oundle, to show the NHS, key workers and volunteers how very grateful we are for the work they are doing to keep us safe and to keep Oundle running.
