The network providers are aware and repair work is being carried out, however it's unlikely to be restored until sometime tomorrow.

Unfortunately, Volunteer Action's phones have also been affected. You won't be able to contact them until the internet has been restored. If they have your contact details, and you have a pending appointment, they will try to contact you.
