STAUNCH objects to two planning applications

STAUNCH objects to two planning applications

STAUNCH – 'Save Titchmarsh and Upper Nene Countryside and Habitats' is a working party which came together in response to the threat of massive and catastrophic industrial development on the outskirts of the village of Titchmarsh and Thrapston and next to the Internationally protected Wetlands of the Upper Nene.

STAUNCH have had the opportunity to view two current planning applications and they strongly object to both. These large warehouse developments will have a visual impact on the landscape, rural setting, skyline, damage flora and fauna, increase traffic congestion, noise and disturbance and impact air quality.

Both developments are less than 10 miles from Oundle and any additional traffic to the A605 will impact Oundle.

1. Glebeland – IM Properties Application NE/22/00698/OUT

Full planning application for the construction of a storage and distribution unit with ancillary offices, creation of a principal estate road, and new access from the A605
