The East Northamptonshire consultation session for the draft Local Plan is going to take place in Fletton House from 4.00pm on Thursday 6th December.

An Extraordinary Town Meeting has been arranged for 21st November at 7.30pm in St Peters Church.
The meeting is to update the residents of Oundle and surrounding villages on two issues:
North Bridge and the Oundle Neighbourhood Plan

Traffic Wardens will be in operation on Sunday 11th November from 8.00 to 13.00 in New Street.
A no parking restriction has been implemented in the town to prevent people parking in and around the War Memorial whilst the Remembrance Day parade and Wreath laying takes place.

OTC have also raised the following issues with NCC/Kier
- Signage - if an articulated lorry driver has a moment of blindness and heads to Oundle from the A605 roundabout, only to find his 2.55 metre width lorry being stopped by a 2.4 metre restriction (signed 2.1) the resulting back up in the 130 metre distance from roundabout to pinch point might be very problematical. Summation of meeting on August 30th between local councils and NCC Highways –
- Traffic census to supplement 2015 data once schools return – results to be shared
- Expect restrictions to come into force December/January; planning for restrictions in hand. Safety the key.
