Road Closure Due to Gas Mains Works
Notice from Northamptonshire Highways
It is necessary to carry out gas mains replacement works on a short section of Rock Road up to outside of No 6 at the junction with New Road. To enable this work to be carried out safely it will require that the road is closed from the 14th August for up to two weeks.

Great News and Congratulations To All Friends and Volunteers at Oundle Museum.
Well Done to Oundle Museum for Winning the Best Exhibition Award for 'Oundle 1851' from Forum Heritage Awards 2015.
The Exhibition is based on the Census Returns for 1851 - the year of the Great Exhibition at Crystal Palace and records the trades and occupations within the town, alongside many that have become obsolete.

East Northamptonshie residents keep landfill levels low

Grass Verges: Oundle Town Council is applying to be responsible for the upkeep of the towns' grass verges in the future. There will be a cut completed this November to make the towns' verges tidy again.
Justice: Oundle Town Council is lobbying against Corby Magistrates Court work being moved to Northampton, making justice more distant for local residents.
