To become nominated as a candidate for Oundle Town Council you need to complete and hand deliver the nomination papers to the Elections Team at Thrapston Council offices by 4pm on 8th April.

ROAD CLOSED - New Street, Oundle this weekend!
New Street, Oundle road closed from 08.00am to 18.00pm on Saturday 6 March and Sunday 7 March 2021 for carriageway resurfacing. Delays likely, use alternative routes.

OUNDLE TOWN COUNCIL ELECTIONS – HAVE YOUR SAY
At the Full Council meeting on Feb 16th, we decided -
- to allocate £90,000 in S106 funding for the cycleway on Glapthorn Road
- to get an outside contractor to cut the cemetery grass this year, at significant additional cost. It's an important amenity for Oundle, a town that has little green space.
- how best to challenge sections of the ENC Local Plan and how we might develop housing in Oundle

4 Step Roadmap for lifting lockdown has been announced
Step 1 starts on Monday 8 March and with each step we get closer to getting back to normal life, hopefully by the end of June 2021 if we keep following the Governments advice.

OTC holds Council Tax precept for 2021-22 and asks new North Northants to do the same
As you may recall from an Advertiser a couple of months ago, OTC is holding it's precept fixed for 2021-22. We understand the financial pressures of the pandemic and wanted that to be understood as the new North Northants Council is formed.
