Thursday Market Increases to 5 Stalls
Thursday market on 21 May, 8am to 1pm, has increased to 5 stalls;
- Fruit & Veg
- Household Goods
- Plants/Flowers
- Sweets
- Pet food
The one-way system used last week remains the same. The entrance is at the St Osyth's end of the Market Place and once you have visited the stalls you will be able to leave the marketplace near Tesco.
Both ends will be monitored by Council staff and social distance stickers or markers... Read More »

New Chairman elected at East Northants Council virtually
History was made this week as technology and tradition combined when East Northamptonshire Council (ENC) welcomed a new Chairman for its last Civic Year via the first virtual full council meeting.

Trial Market on Thursday 7 May
OTC has reviewed holding the regular Thursday market, and having talked to other local councils, is trialling running a smaller market this Thursday.
Following Government guidelines and best practices elsewhere the trial market will be open from 8am to 1pm on Thursday 7th May with two stalls, Fruit and Vegetables and Household goods.

A mayoral message to the kids who submitted drawings for the "Thank you" banners
To all of those who sent pictures in for the 'Thank You Key workers, NHS and Volunteer' posters, I'd like to congratulate you all for the great art work and messages. I loved the colours, and the messages were spot on, simply 'Thank You'. You got this over far better than any of us could have.
