Parts of Oundle have lost internet connection
The network providers are aware and repair work is being carried out, however it's unlikely to be restored until sometime tomorrow.
If you have any questions about your internet service please contact your network provider.

Interim arrangements for North and West Northamptonshire shadow councils agreed by Government
Plans to create two new unitary councils for the county from next April will now continue within the planned timescales following the confirmation today of new legislation by the government.
Following the postponement of May's local elections because of the Covid-19 pandemic, an alternative approach and new legislation were needed for the creation of the organisations.

Calling all children – Create “thank you” posters for our “thank you” banners
We want to create some "thankyou" banners to display around Oundle, to show the NHS, key workers and volunteers how very grateful we are for the work they are doing to keep us safe and to keep Oundle running.

Report possible breach of coronavirus (Covid-19) measures to Police using the online link
To assist Police with managing reports and balance their demand they ask you report suspected breaches of Covid19 using their online link: Tell us about possible breach coronavirus measures
Please make sure you've read and understood the guidance on the stay at home measures.
Only tell the Police something if you feel there is a significant issue or serious breach of the restrictions.

Community Resilience Update
The Local Resilience Forum is made up from key organisations across Northamptonshire such as emergency services, health and local authorities who put in place plans under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004. These organisations are now operating within the strategic coordination centre to respond to this pandemic.

Police Will Use Enforcement Against Those Who Continue To Flout Covid-19 Restrictions In Northamptonshire
Northamptonshire Police is preparing to up its enforcement activity against those who continue to flout the COVID-19 restrictions in the county.
The Force has not issued any fines for non-compliance so far, preferring to adopt an approach which seeks to educate people, engage with them and explain how their behaviour could affect others.
