Farmer’s Market will go ahead on Saturday 11 April with reduced stallholders
The current Government guidelines permits markets to continue selling food and groceries so people can buy the essentials they need to live. To make sure traders and customers can maintain social distancing the Council has made the difficult decision to permit only seven essential traders to attend.

East Northamptonshire Council receives Government funding to support businesses during coronavirus pandemic
As part of help on offer for local businesses across the district, East Northamptonshire Council has been allocated support funds to provide financial grants to those companies in need.

All parks in Oundle are CLOSED to restrict the spread of Coronavirus
The Coronavirus can easily spread from person to person not applying social distancing and can live on surfaces for up to nine days. For this reason, all parks in Oundle are closed to restrict the spread of the virus.
Last week two children ignored the closed signs and were seen using the play equipment at Pocket Park.

Decision about St Christopher's Drive planning application is postponed
East Northamptonshire Council's Planning Management Committee meeting will go ahead on Monday, 23 March 2020 however, in order to adhere to current government guidance relating to the coronavirus pandemic, it has been decided to postpone the Committee's consideration of the St Christopher's Drive, Oundle application (19/01355/OUT –) to a later date.
